We were engaged by our clients Spitfire Bespoke Homes to carry out a detailed re-design of approved luxury apartments containing 8 superbly appointed two and three bedroom apartments with two garden apartments and secure basement parking.
This included providing a detailed assessment of previously approved planning drawings and re-designing to the clients specific needs as well as difficult technical constraints. Design drawings were prepared for re-submission of the scheme and followed with construction drawings comprising of insitu concrete basement car park, ramp and lower floor construction with traditional masonry construction above up to a steel roof frame providing penthouse apartments within the roof space.
Detailed aspects of the internal arrangements and specifications were also considered as the project progressed.
