The masterplan was created to provide a large sustainable development which creates appropriate facilities and open spaces. The concept was to provide a development site which can provide phased development with cohesive linkages between each phase.

The development proposals sought to utilise and build upon existing topography and landscape features all of which would ultimately enhance the ecological value of the site, creating linked green spaces aiming to provide diverse open areas that encourage walking and cycling to the planned community facilities.

This consortium site is now under construction and provides residential development to meet local demand.
