This site had the benefit of an extant planning consent from the adjacent Bloor Homes development.

Keon Homes gained an interest in the site with their partner Wise Living and we were instructed to maximise the development potential of 40no, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments over 4 storeys all for private rent. We were also asked to explore and maximise build efficiencies through a detailed analysis of proposed floor plans and elevation treatments.

This involved a revised planning application for amendments to the scheme and also to include the proposed external materials, following which we prepared extensive detailed construction drawings and details.
