Keon Homes - Streethay

This highly sustainable scheme is a 100% affordable housing development of 14 houses and 6 apartments ideally located close to Lichfield City Centre.



Streethay is a triangular site which in itself is a constraint, yet it  is also heavily constrained adjacent to all of its boundaries; the A38 to the east, the Burton Road to the west and to the south existing housing stock. We worked hard to maximise the development opportunity here and collaborated with other consultants to achieve a very successful scheme.

 
Keon Homes formed a good working relationship with Walsall Housing Group (WHG) their client for this project.
