This small but challenging site due to its topography provides a pleasant development in the sustainable village of Oakthorpe.

Its previous use as a farmstead provided an opportunity to retain some of its historical character in the design of the elevations. The rural elevation continues through the development with the creation of focal points at bends within the road. Working alongside the Local Authority's Urban Designer we provided subtle variation to house types providing attractive focal points as you wind through the development.

Carefully selected external materials add a subtle contemporary feel to the scheme.
