We were instructed by our client to  deliver the detailed architectural  design for their development site in Cirencester.

The scheme required some careful consideration to retain the original Cotswold heritage design ethos whilst also addressing a 30% uplift on Building Regulations prior to the 2022 Part L changes.

We worked closely with the client and other design team consultants to resolve some interesting bespoke construction details.
