Cameron Homes - Newton Regis

This small but sensitive site comprises of 22no dwellings which comprise the Grade II Listed Manor Farm renovation, 2 barn conversions and 19no new build. Newton Regis lies in a small semi rural Village in the northern tip of Warwickshire.

The site partially lies within the conservation area and comprises of the listed Farmhouse with various agricultural outbuildings some of which were converted and integrated as part of the overall scheme design.

To the south of the existing farmhouse the new build proposal represents a series of carefully designed barn style dwellings set around a number of agricultural courtyards created by simple paved squares reinforcing the rural nature of the site. Other dwellings took the form of Farm Cottages with larger  dwellings to the east yet all continuing to compliment the rural style of the site.

The approved scheme reinforced the character of the Village; a development which assimilates well with its surroundings with long lasting qualities.

“The design of the development has been driven by a desire to produce a high-quality residential environment which pays respect to the heritage assets and its local context, whilst affording a genuine prospect of evolving as an integral component of Newton Regis in years to come”
